Will will taste 4 distinct coffees with various fermentation recipes to showcase the influence of great processing and the unlimited potential of nuance. The class will consist of a few short films on the farm level, a traditional guided tasting session and will end with the class roasting the favorite coffee on the table with our zero-emissions Bellwether roaster.
