Single-origin coffees are always fun to profile. Distinct flavor traits are often associate by country, region and locality. Our role is to decide what single-origins to secure based quality and relationship with the producer/farmer group. Fortunately, we are actively producing our own coffees in Ethiopia which gives us 100% control from the harvest, processing, export & import, roasting in-haus and, finally, serving it to you.
