BLENDS
As much as we love how single-origin coffees stand on their own with great complexity, there are opportunities to create more diversity by blending two or more profiles together. Typical blends in specialty coffee have a Central/South American coffee blended with an East African coffee. Our Two-Stitch (blend & espresso blend) breaks the norm by blending two Ethiopian profiles by taking advantage of different processing methods (washed & natural). We will continue to explore the art of blending and keep you updated on new releases.
